I feel like there’s been a bunch of fun news lately but I’ve been busy at my day job, including a whirlwind trip to Montreal in the heart of winter, and writing Mistress’s Master (Men in Blue 3) in the evenings. Between all that, I haven’t taken the time to share as much as I could have. Sorry! 🙂
So… first up, is a biggie. I just found out today that Can’t Buy Love, Red Light Book 3 featuring Star will release from Ellora’s Cave on FEBRUARY 23RD! HOORAY! And you don’t have to wait a long time either. For those of you who were a little timid about reading because of the lack of HEA, you’ll be glad to know there is a solid HFN at the end of Can’t Buy Love that incorporates the story line from the first two books. Click on the cover for a blurb and excerpt!
Next, Kayla’s Gift has an official cover! I have to say my hat’s off to Angie Waters again for bringing the crew to life. In fact, Kayla’s Gift is dedicated to my fabulous cover artist. The artwork she’s done for this series has really captured the spirit of the heroes and are just plain yummilicious. Click on the cover for a blurb and excerpt from Powertools book three, coming MAY 3RD.
As a random aside, Kayla’s Gift will be my fifteenth published book! My good friend Jambrea Jo Jones has her fifteenth coming out just hours apart. We’re going to have to have a celebration event of some sort so keep your eyes peeled!
I also heard today that Morgan’s Surprise was awarded a 4.5 Cherry review from LASR Whipped Cream! This means it will be up for best book of the week in the poll that opens for voting tomorrow. If you enjoyed the book, I would love your support. You can check out the review here.
Last, as far as I can remember at the moment, but certainly not least… When I first started writing I stumbled upon a great group of critique partners who helped me immensely. One of them was Elayne Venton! Almost five years from sitting down to write my first book, the group we belonged to is defunt but we haven’t lost touch with each other. In fact, Elayne has interviewed me in her newsletter this month. Feel free to stop by and read a little bit about how I got started and what’s coming next here.
Whew!

So excited for you having such a fantastic start to 2011!
Thanks Kim, Ben and Mai. PS… Can’t Buy Love is dedicated to all the people who’ve ever written me to say they enjoyed my books. Consider yourselves dedicated to!
Congrats Jayne!!
I don’t have to wait for print anymore. I Just got a ereader so now I can get all your books now.
Oh, which reader did you get Wendy? My family got me a Kindle for Christmas last year and I think I’ve used it ever day since. Happy reading!
I think it’s called a nook it is a barns & noble ereader.
It’s definitely the Nook if it’s B&N. Awesome. I know a bunch of people who have it and love it. I hope you do too!
I miss the group Jayne and hope Linda is protecting JRad for me. Lots of good news for you and yes the covers are great, Angie has done a great job. Miss everyone and miss chatting too. Glad I made sure I get updates.
Zina
wow girl out did your self and they are great book
Yeah! Star gets her Happily! You know I’ve loved both of Star’s books (especially Star of Christmas – HOT!).
Another great cover for Kayla (and Star). The Powertools covers have stood out as serious winners ;D
You have been on a roll with the great books. You’ve been spoiling us with a book every month since September, but there is no book coming in April. How will I SURVIVE?! ;P
I look forward to every new release and enjoy every reread.
Thanks so much, Katy! I’m glad you’ve enjoyed Red Light and I agree, the covers are great for both series. Kayla’s Gift is dedicated to the fabulous Angela Waters for her artwork! LOL I’m sure you have about a million other books in your TBR pile to hold you over for April if I know you! Happy reading 🙂
